In our selection process, we checks professional and character references, make sure that proper license or certification is presented by the applicant; there is no criminal history and the applicant has a satisfactory work record as well as in good health. Each of our employees is required to comply with our agency policies in addition to our Agreement to Standards.

We monitor and evaluate staff competence on regular basis. If there is a requirement to acquire additional skills to meet specific needs of our clients, we provide specific training to our caregivers.
